Flank Steak Mignionette

2-2 1/2 lb flank steak

Seasoned instant meat tenderizer

1/2 tsp pepper

12 bacon strips

12 fresh or canned mushroom caps

1/4 C butter

Parsley

  1. Trim steaks of fat
  2. Score one side of each steak
  3. Sprinkle with tenderizer
  4. Roll steaks in bacon strips
  5. Fasten with toothpick
  6. Broil cut sized down 8 minutes on one side and 5-10 minutes on the other
  7. Arrange on platter with mushrooms on each and sprinkle with parsley
  8. Makes 12 servings
