B.B.Q. Beer Steak

1 1/2 lb beef sirloin, about 3/4″ thick

1 Can beer

1 onion, finely chopped

1/2 C Soy Sauce

1/4 C black pepper

1/4 C shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate steak 8 hours or overnight in all ingredients, except cheese
  2. Remove and grill 4 or 5″ from coals 7-10 minutes on each side
  3. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top side during last few seconds of cookingimg_4218
